A1. Sure, we are willing to provide sample for quality check, and we'll also send photos and videos of the products for your checking.

Q2. How long does the gold plating color stay?

A2. We mostly do PVD plating which the color can stay up to one and a half years, and even longer if they kept in good condition.

Q3. Is stainless steel jewelry harmless to human body?

A3. Stainless steel is nickel and lead free, eco-friendly material, can pass ROHS, SGS, CE standard, totally harmless to human skin,won't like alloy or copper material will cause allergy problem.

Q4. How do I place the order?
A4. There are two ways as below:

2) Please sign in and summit your email and message, then we will send the catalog for selection.

Q5. How long could I receive the goods?
A5. Stocks orders will be sent out in half month, the OEM order will take at least a month for production. Delivery time will take 3-6 work days for the shipment.

Q6. Can you customize packing?
A6. Factory packing is opp bag, but we also provide custom packing service, please tell us what kind of packing you need, we are able to design for you.
